i uploaded my own and tried out cool hairstyles that i liked, virtually dyed my hair and tried out many different styles and colours of makeup, seeing what suited me and what didnt (really good in the foundation department)... and it didnt cost a thing and i didnt have the fear of ruining my hair or wasting money!
another awesome thing about the site is that whatever makeup you use is actually listed... so if you like a certain shade of lipstick or eyeshadow or foundation that you tested; you just have to look to the sidebar to see what product it is, what shade, who made it and how much it is (all very well known, quality products).
trust me... it saves you from having to take a long boring trip to your local department store beauty counter and having to try out shades in the poorly lit store, while the sales assistant pressures you into buying a shade that doesn't suit you for $58.
