Joelle is a lebanese makeup artist who has her own show on MBC. she basically takes women who feel like they need a little bit of a lift and she gives them fantasic makeovers, including beautiful silky dresses and pretty beauty makeovers. you can see some of her videos posted on youtube. its in arabic, so i dont understand, but i still love watching it for the gorgeous dresses and makeovers. here is the lady herself here (she is always in fantastic clothing too)...
