The doll on the right is a reproduction of Effanbee's "Patsy" designed by Bernard Lipfert and introduced 1928. Patsy portrayed a three year old girl with short bobbed red hair. I dont know anything about the doll on the left except she is very cute!These were in my mother's doll collection, and now they are in mine. She called them the "sister dolls".
