MISS GERMANY 2011 Anne Kathrin Kosch

23-year old Anne Kathrin Kosch was crowned Miss Germany 2011 during the annual pageant held in Rust, Hamburg, on Saturday Feb. 12th.     Anne Kathrin works as a pharmaceutical technical assistant in a pharmacy located in her hometown, Weimar.

The 1st runner-up was 22 year old Tiffany Sachs, who also won the Miss Internet title. The 2nd runner-up was 17 ear old Samantha Striegel from Hannover.

24 women competed in the event, who made headlines when the beauties had to flee Egypt because of the political unrest in the country, where they were organizing some photoshoots for the competition.

The winner of Miss Germany does not compete in any of the Grand Slam beauty pageants.
