of course with a shoulder-exposing dress like this you would have to wear perhaps a high necked black top underneath (and loosen that fabric belt around the waist for some muslimah looseness)
To complete the pirate look i would opt for many big fancy costume rings - the bigger and more 'olde world' looking the better.
