i dont know what this is...

... but i guess its a look for when you wanna get a bit more dressed up, but not so much that you would be going to a wedding or something. so i guess its more of a night time look. and ladies - because the dress is **sooooo** fitted around the chest - i would definitely keep the jacket CLOSED, and that way its more of a cute jacket & flowy skirt look. DO NOT GET THIS DRESS AND CARINA IT UP!!!
