yummy hijabs!

i was up at 2am last night and couldnt sleep so i slipped out of bed and watched a little bit on TV in the lounge room hoping it would make me tired and send me back to bed.

anyway there was nothing except infomercials or those christian evangelists on TV so i switched the the arabic satellite and just browsed the channels. they usually have one movie channel that subtitles american movies, so i was hoping for a good english hollywood movie - except i had seen it before so i flicked back to channel 44 the DUBAI TV channel.

i came across a show that i had seen a few times before called - سوالفنا حلوة.

anyway its like a talk show with about 8 young people around a huge funny table talking about issues. theyre all young and pretty to watch. i have two favourites. one girl who has luxurious long beautiful hair who i think is egyptian and very pretty (the one in the middle below) and another who is a pretty hijabi by then name of Fatma (Al - Tabaakh? prob got the last name wrong) فاطمة الطباخ who is kuwaiti i think.

i respected the hijabi on site merely because of her hijab (think of that what you will) .... well that was until she stood up behind the desk and i saw what she was wearing....

hijab - good. jacket - good.
very short very tight skirt, knee high boots and the tightest tights underneath to cover up the huge gap between the skirt and the boots? NOT GOOD!!!

WTF people? WTF!?! what is with girls looking like a hijabi from the waist up but looking like a prostitute from the waist down? wrong on soooo many levels. note - i am not calling her a prostitute.. im speaking generally...

the other girl, the egyptian also got up and i saw her wearing a beautiful long black dress, almost an abaya if it was looser. she looked fantastic and modest! i wanted to rip the hijabi's hijab off her head and put it on the non-hijabi and create the perfect TV outfit.

anyways most of the time we only see her from the waist up at the table and she always looks cute. here are some of Fatma and her very cute hijabi style!
