This is the 1996 French Barbie from the Dolls of the World Collection. She is wearing a festive "cancan" outfit of bright pink silky skirt underlined with delicate lace. A fitted blouse of white and black stipes with lace trimmed sleeves and collar. A sassy high brimmed black hat with bright pink feather, choker necklace, earrings, black tights and tall black boots complete her French attire. She is very French and very cute !
