Dorothy is from the Wizard Of Oz collection, 1994 Edition. She is wearing a blue and white gingham jumper with a white blouse, petticoat, stockings, and the famous "Ruby slippers". Her long brown hair is braided and tied with blue ribbons. She is holding her little black dog Toto in a straw basket. I think she looks a lot like Judy Garland the actress that played Dorothy in the movie "The Wizard Of Oz".
