I first posted my April doll last June 9th. As you may recall, this rag doll is my mom's own pattern. When my daughters were little, my mom asked them to design a face for the dolls.
These two faces are the ones they came up with.
My mom used them on most of the April dolls she made.
The dolls in the photo belong to my grand daughter, Lilly. She named them Faith and Hope.
My doll's eyes are slightly different, so mom had at least three faces she used. Mom made the dolls with different color hair and eyes and used many different materials so each doll, and dress, would look different.
